# Acceptable Use Policy

> Rules and restrictions for using the Naridon platform

## 1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the prohibited uses of the Naridon platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

## 2. Prohibited Content

You may not use Naridon to generate, host, or promote content that:

* Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent.
* Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
* Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats of violence.
* Promotes self-harm or illegal acts.
* Contains sexually explicit material or child exploitation.

## 3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

* **Reverse Engineer**: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service.
* **Scrape**: Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data from our platform without permission.
* **Interfere**: Disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein.
* **Bypass**: Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or usage limits (e.g., API rate limits).

## 4. AI Interaction Standards

When using our AI features, you must not:

* Use the AI to generate misleading or deceptive content.
* Attempt to "jailbreak" or override the safety guardrails of the underlying AI models.
* Use the AI to provide medical, legal, or financial advice where professional certification is required.

## 5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any violation of this policy. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may:

* Remove offending content.
* Suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
* Report unlawful conduct to law enforcement authorities.
